From this
dialog window you can configure the reports (header & footer)
settings for each report to customize the report pages.
Each
report settings contains :

Header Height
Increase : this value (h1) can
be more than or equal zero to customize the header height depending
on user need.

Hider Header :
if checked then hide the header content but leave its height as
is.

Remove Header :
if checked then remove the header completely from report
page.

Footer Height
Increase : this value (h2) can
be more than or equal zero to customize the footer height depending
on user need.

Hide Footer :
if checked then hide the footer content but leave its height as
is.

Remove Footer :
if checked then remove the footer completely from report
page.
Save
Save data and
close the dialog window.
This button
will be enabled in case of made any changes on reports
settings.
