From this window you can enter or edit the tests values (and comments) of any specified patient visit.
The visit specified by visit ID or patient ID or patient name and timing interval in case of patient ID or patient name.
Also from this window you can print tests results report after entering all tests values and set its result date.
 
The test value will be calculated automatically (no need to enter it) if you configure a formula for this test from Tests Formula Builder.
For example MCV, MCH, and MCHC tests values will be calculated automatically from the configured formulas depending on the tests values of Haemoglobin, Red Cell Count, and Hematocrite.
 
If any test was configured as special report from Medical Tests Management then double click on its test value field another dialog window (Special Report Format) will opened to enter the value of this test but with special format.
 
Test reference field extracted automatically from the configured references list for any test depending on patient age and sex.
But if the fixed reference item for any test is configured, then test reference field will take the fixed reference item directly.
 
Notes :
  • Press ctrl+F3 to call antibiotics list at Test Value Field.
  • Press F2 to call the stored test comment at Test Comment Field.
  • Press F2 to call the stored group comment at Group Comment Field.

Find Patient Visit

1. Find Patient Visit
To find any patient visit :
  1. Select search field : visit ID, patient ID, or patient name
  2. Enter search keyword : visit ID number, patient ID number, or patient name (or any characters from patient name).
  3. Specify the visit time range (from date1 to date2), and those fields enabled only if you select patient ID or patient name from search field.
  4. Press Find button.

Save Changes

Save any changes in tests result (values, comments).
This button will be enables if you made any modifications in test value, test comment, or group comment fields.

Set Result Date

3. Set Result Date
Set the result date of the current patient visit if it still not set.
This command is available only if all test values was entered.

Preview Result

4. Preview Result
Opens the Tests Result Report window.
This command is available only if all test values was entered and the result date was set for the current patient visit.
